Villa utilities and services as described.
A Daily maid service is provided with the bed linen and towels changed
twice weekly.
(beach & sun towels are not provided).
Welcome pack on arrival including milk, butter,
cheese, bread, tea and coffee.
Air flight fares, airport transfers, car hire (advice given on request).
All holiday insurances to cover your holiday and cancellations, personal
accident and liability insurance.
On signed acceptance of your booking, a non-refundable deposit of one third of the total hire fee is required. The remaining balance is due and required eight weeks prior to the departure date.
Due to the hillside location, the spiral staircases (only one bedroom has ground floor access), and the deep swimming pool that has no shallow end, the villa is not suitable for young non-swimmers and the infirm.
